The Physical Vessel

Body

The body and its care — movement, rest, and daily ritual. The Home view is a hub with a preview of each sub-section; below are those previews, then a card for each sub-section in full.

Where the body is today

A day marker within a recurring 28-day rhythm.

What this block does Marks where the body sits inside a recurring 28-day biological rhythm, so the day's guidance can meet it there. Opens into the full Rhythm sub-section.
How it's determined Counts forward from a saved reference point and today's date to place the day in the rhythm — a fixed period, no sensor, no tracking. The reading is the app's, and stays private to it.

Ritual preview

A morning noticing and one small piece of guidance.

What this block does A taste of the morning body-care sub-section — a single thing to notice, and today's one guiding line — with a tap through to the full Ritual page.
How it's determined This is the same synthesis as the day's suggestion up top — composed from body phase, the season, the weather, today's schedule, and how much the body has already done. Five signals in; one noticing and one practice out.

Point of the day

A single traditional pressure point, rotating daily.

What this block does Surfaces one point from the pressure-point reference each day — its location, what it's traditionally used for, and how to work it.
How it's determined Rotates through the pressure-point library by day-of-year, so a given point recurs on a fixed rotation rather than at random.

Vigil status

A companion animal's care snapshot.

What this block does A quick read on a household companion animal — whether today's care is done — with a tap into the full Vigil log.
How it's determined Checks today's logged medications and entries against the daily care schedule, then shows a single done / not-yet read. An AI guidance card is drawn on demand, never automatically.
无为What Body refuses

Body never diagnoses. It reflects rhythm, movement, and care, and it offers traditional practices — but it does not name conditions, score health, or stand in for a clinician. Where a real decision is medical, it points outward, not inward.

Sub-sections

Each is its own page, reached from the row under the title.

Ritual

Morning body-care: a moment-of-noticing card, an AI guidance card with a swipeable set of food / tea / rest / pressure-point tips, a body-goal countdown with a weight log, a seated morning routine, and a concern-to-remedy picker for common complaints like headache, tension, or restless sleep.

Atlas

An educational reference for traditional pressure points — a body diagram with tappable points, filtered by region and by classical element, each point carrying its location, function, cautions, and pairings.

Vigil

A care log for a household companion animal — a daily medications grid, supplement toggles, a wellness log, a 30-day vitals chart, and an AI care-guidance card. Entries are kept as swipe-to-remove cards.

Rhythm

A 28-day biological-rhythm analysis mapped across 21 life domains, with an interactive chart, an Eastern-medicine lens, and a work-mode overlay that suggests which kinds of work suit each stretch. Educational and reflective; entirely data-free in the demo.
